In case of cancellation by the guest, the following applies:

1. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
2. 100% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
3. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
4. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

In case that unforeseen events force us to cancel a reservation, any amount paid by the guest for the reservation will be refunded in full.

Force Majeure: This means that we will provide compensation if you have to cancel or change your travel arrangements because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure. If this is the case, please notice that you have to inform us as soon as possible and/or at least 1 week before the check-in day.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Please notice that refunds may take between 3 to 5 business days to process after the date of cancellation.
