A Terre Caves & Villas

''Dreamily romantic & stylish Caves & Villas hidden away in Santorini's most scenic locations''

Nestled in Santorini’s renowned villages, Fira and Finikia Oia, A Terre Caves & Villas presents six newly renovated cave villas, ideal for all guests seeking the experience of traditional and luxury accommodation, and the opportunity to embrace all that Santorini's main areas have to offer.

These 19th-century traditional buildings—a Winemaker’s house and a Wine cellar—have been meticulously renovated to honor local architecture and furnished with modern amenities, providing guests with moments of relaxation and tranquility. The former Winemaker’s House has been transformed into three luxury cave villas, situated in the heart of Finikia, a 15-minute walk from the iconic Oia, renowned for its breathtaking sunset. The 1950s Wine cellar has also been converted into three additional villas, just a quick 5-minute stroll from Fira’s main square, the bustling hub of Santorini. Thanks to its strategic location, guests can either retreat into tranquility or immerse themselves in the island’s vibrant nightlife.

Finikia Village

The tranquil village of Finikia is located on the north part of Santorini, 10 km northwest of the capital Fira, very close to Oia. The village stands out for the colourful buildings that remind a painting and compose an incredible setting. It overlooks green vineyards and the neighbouring islands. From Finikia you can explore the appealing beaches of the northeast coast, like Baxedes and Paradisos.

The architecture of the traditional houses will transfer you to a past era. The houses are in harmony and consist of delightful yards, stairs and interesting facades. You can relish these wonderful images as you walk around the quaint stone flagged alleys. Finikia is a small, quiet settlement with picturesque streets and buildings and only a few minutes away from the breathtaking Oia village, two destinations that will amaze you to the utmost.

The church of Agia Matrona, which was built in 1859, is the greatest attraction of Finikia and from its yard you can gaze an unforgettable view. In the village you can find some traditional taverns with local dishes and wine.
